New 2-story Mediterranean residence completed in 2019. This project was presented with the Gold List award from the Luxe magazine in November 2023.

The house is classical with a modern layout.

A courtyard bisects the building, with a central corridor on both levels linking the two volumes. This central axis terminates with a round pool that mirrors the entry tower at front.
